The Swarm
The Swarm is a body without organs. When a colony of bees is mature, it exhausts its space and prevents further growth. At that moment, a thought occupies the collective mind in a mystical and inevitable way: the swarm. The colony divides, guided by dark and inaccessible reasons: a percentage of the colony takes flight, accompanying the old queen to a place where they can start a new colony. The swarm seeks the outside, the break with the past. The swarm comes to dismantle the past. Its thesis is: “The dark drone returns.” The collective mind is guided by the idea of hive, multitude, crowd, swarm, tide, legion, throng, mob, horde… The swarm-machine.
The Swarm is a heterogeneous group or entity that after its dissolution/formation expands in time-spiral waves. It works like a micropolyphonic choir where the counterpoint of vectors launched outwards will determine the paths in search of cosmodromic blasphemy. Its sound is a hum dominated by an inscrutable logic. That hum is the voice of Abdul Alhazred intoning the forbidden chants of the Necronomicon. Do you hear it? It was always there. It never ceased. The dark hum returns. All its members render eternal worship to the Ancestors, to the Great Old Ones, to the Primordials, to the Primordials, to those entities of the previous colony that guide us with their irrational drone. We return to the margins to occupy the center and from there make the break towards the outside. We come to dissolve all styles. We will establish connections between all of them, using them simultaneously in a monstrous amalgam of unbearable intensity.
"They sought the future in the past and thus learned not to distinguish one from the other."
